No Cancellations Policy
Payments made at the Lookup Films photobooth cannot be cancelled once a session has started or completed.
Since the photobooth is a self-service, instant-use experience, all purchases are considered final.
Please double-check your choice before confirming payment.
If a technical issue prevents your session from starting, our team will assist you.

Refund Policy
At Lookup Films, we want every guest to have a smooth, fun and satisfying photobooth experience.
Since our photobooth is a self-service, instant-use system, refunds are only provided in specific situations.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You can request a full refund if:
The booth fails to take photos after payment
The camera, lighting or software malfunctions and you receive no usable photos
The payment is charged but the session does not start
A technical error causes photos not to be saved, exported, emailed, or printed (if printing is available)

2. When Refunds Are NOT Provided
Refunds will not be issued for:
Not liking your pose, facial expression, outfit, angle, or results
Changing your mind after payment
Guests walking in late or taking too long to pose
Poor lighting caused by mall conditions or customers moving out of frame
Photos that are blurry due to movement by the customer
Network issues on the customer’s phone (affecting email or download)

3. Wrong Payment / Double Payment
If the same customer is charged twice by mistake, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge after verifying the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund
If a genuine technical issue occurred, please contact our support team with:
Payment receipt
Time of session
A short description of what happened
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after verification.
