These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Lookup Films photobooth located in malls and public spaces.
By using our photobooth and completing a payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Self-Service Booth
Lookup Films is a self-service photobooth. By using it, you agree to follow on-screen instructions and use the booth safely.

2. Payments
All payments must be completed before starting a session.
Payments are final and non-refundable, except for verified technical failures.

3. No Cancellations
Once you pay, the session cannot be cancelled or reversed.

4. Photo Quality
We are not responsible for blurry photos, bad poses, moving during capture, or stepping out of frame.
Please stay still and pose within the area.

5. Technical Issues
You are eligible for a refund only if:

The session doesn’t start after payment

The booth fails to take or save photos

A system error prevents delivery

6. Contact Details
Please enter the correct email/phone for delivery. We cannot resend photos if wrong details are entered.

7. Privacy
Your photos are stored temporarily (24–48 hours) only to deliver them.
We do not share or use your photos without permission.

8. Safety & Conduct
Do not damage the booth or misuse the equipment.
We may deny service for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
